Key factors in this decision were related to identifying a forward thinking system with fully integrated functionality and good social media awareness indicators. An integrated Event management system running on the same PMS database was essential for function room and facility bookings.
Guest Experience Metrics
With the speed that guests may now air their views online of their in-house experience the hotel will be using the Guest Experience Metrics module to capture guest experience data allowing a very swift response to any guest feedback. All hotels now see this as a fundamental requirement both acting as an alarm if something is wrong or did not meet normal standards. This also provides full feedback if the hotel and its staff exceeded the hotels standards. The hotel see constant monitoring and analysis as key to business development.
