EPOS – Bar management
The easy to navigate point of sale (POS) application is again fully customizable and enables the operators to easily input information and orders, and take payments, allowing them to concentrate on their customers. The POS system has been designed to include a customer relationship management system, enabling the restaurant / hotel to provide a truly bespoke visit to returning customers, capturing such information at special occasion dates, food eaten, wine drunk and total spend.
Diary – Table reservations and management
The electronic table booking diary enables easy access to table reservations from anywhere in the establishment, without the need to track down a paper copy. The table booking diary is more than just a diary, it enable the operator to record details of when the quest arrived, when they had aperitifs, when they were seated at the table etc.
There is a full stock control system available as an integral part of the EPOS system. This allows for the management of stock levels, reordering of stock, processing of stock received identifying variances and the control of internal stock movements. This allows for the correct pricing of good issued and consumed resulting in very accurate stock management, control of re-ordering and consumption allowing very accurate generation of sales and sales margin reports.
We regard the recognition of frequent clients / guest as a fundamental part of increasing sales. All our systems have a loyalty module which uses data already captured to be utilised for this purpose.
