Development
All of our systems are industry specific and as such are standard products. All SaaS clients run on the same and latest version of the system. This is not to say that there is no development.
All products are in a constant development mode with new releases being issued a few times per year. The developments made are based on (1) suggestions coming from clients which we consider will enhance the product and (2) new functionality additions to the systems to keep abreast of industry changes and suggestions from the product steering committee which is comprised of selected key industry players.
Customisation
No two clients have the exact same requirements. Bearing this in mind all our systems are very customisable both at time of installation and during the life cycle of the product. However if a client has a very specific requirement which is outside the scope of the system customisation we will always consider this and where practical the system will be enhanced to facilitate this.
